Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1818 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your security information.
You must notify 1818 immediately through our support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach involving your account information.
Platform Terms of Use
All users of the 1818 platform are required to comply with the platform's usage rules. Misuse of the platform will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access the platform, scrape data, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity through the 1818 platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Distributing offensive, threatening, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
1818 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any user who violates the above rules, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 1818 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they understand all terms related to deposits, withdrawals, and bonus usage before completing any transaction.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits must be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including DuitNow, FPX, and local bank transfers. Deposits made via unsupported methods or from unauthorised sources may be declined and returned.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal review procedures. 1818 reserves the right to request identity verification or supporting documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or in situations requiring further review.
Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or manipulating wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, the account balance may be frozen pending investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 1818 support team via email or through the available support channels. Any eligible balance will be returned once the review process is complete.
